Family Workshop with Dr. Amanda Craig, PhD, LMFT hosted by the Darien Library


Join local family therapist, Amanda Craig, PhD, LMFT for a three-part group series on family connection, based on her new book, Who Are You and What Have You Done With My Kid? These sessions, aimed at "tweens" aged 8 - 12 years of age, will offer a space where families can come together to discuss common pressures and how that affects mental health and well being. It will be an interactive group where families will leave with tips and tools for strengthening family connections.

Week 1, October 16th - Building family connections: Becoming the secure base kids need

Week  2, October 23rd - Building family connections:  What gets in the way and how do we repair

Week 3, October 30th - Expanding the context:  Learning from our past to understand our present
