I am Dr. Amanda Craig, a licensed marriage and family therapist who works with individuals, couples and families. I am a speaker and the author of a tween parenting book: Who Are You and What Have You Done with My Kid? I am also a wife, a mother of two and a woman of faith. I am really glad you are here. My work is for you and your family.

Whether you found this website because you want to learn more about mental health and wellness, or you desire to make changes in your life, you have come to the right place. You are not alone in your struggles. Everyone experiences adversity. Many more people than you think struggle with anxiety and depression. Relationships are often the first thing compromised when life gets tough.

Taking an action to seek therapy is an important and courageous first step. You are embarking on a process of change and growth. How I can help

I provide individual, couples and family therapy. In addition to my practice, I work with parents, kids and families through speaking events and tween pop-up workshops. I focus on the tenets of Emotional Connection and believe this is the foundation for a healthy family.
