Welcome to Feel Better Resources by Amanda Craig. A supportive, accessible space designed to help you learn, grow, and feel better.
We know that therapy isn’t always accessible. Barriers like cost, scheduling, limited provider availability, and social stigma can keep individuals and families from getting the help they need. That’s why we created this 24/7 online resource hub.
Feel Better Resources offers "get into it" activities on topics for adults, teens, couples, and families. Resources include short videos, reading materials, self-awareness exercises, and “do-it-now” homework designed for active learning - not passive scrolling. You’ll walk away with new skills to strengthen communication, improve relationships, and better understand your thoughts and behaviors.
While this isn’t therapy, it’s a powerful way to start or supplement your mental health journey (on your own time, at your own pace).
