  • Vidushi Sandhir, MFT-I

    Intern

I firmly believe that, given the right environment, we all have an inherent capacity to heal, grow, and reconnect with ourselves and the people we love. It is this belief that drives my work with couples, individuals, and families.

My hope is to offer a space where you can show up exactly as you are, explore your experiences without fear of judgment, and discover new ways of relating to yourself and others.

Whatever brings you to therapy, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

I am especially passionate about working with couples who feel stuck in recurring patterns of conflict, distance, or misunderstanding, as well as couples who want to be proactive about staying connected and deepening their emotional intimacy. I believe that when we are hurting in our relationships, something within us is asking for support and healing. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, strengthen emotional connection, and help you build a relationship that feels more secure, authentic, and fulfilling.

I also enjoy working with parents and families who want to better understand one another and create healthier patterns at home. Parenting can bring moments of deep connection as well as frustration, worry, and uncertainty. Therapy can offer a place to slow down, understand what may be happening beneath a child’s behavior or within the parent-child relationship, and find new ways to communicate, connect, and move forward together.

For individuals, therapy can offer a space to explore self-worth, perfectionism, self-criticism, anxiety, relationship challenges, or feeling disconnected from yourself. Whether you’re weighed down by self-doubt, feeling restless or dissatisfied, or longing to live more authentically, therapy offers an opportunity to better understand yourself and create lasting change.

I often incorporate mindfulness, meditation, and somatic practices to help you connect more deeply with your emotions and the wisdom of your body.

Whether you are seeking support as an individual, couple, parent, or family, I would be honored to walk alongside you as you cultivate healthier relationships, reconnect with your strengths, and build a life that feels more authentic and aligned.
